AINOA[
All India NIC S&T Officer's Association], the Association of NIC Officers, was established in 2013 by dedicated scientists of the National Informatics Centre (NIC) with the noble intention of promoting the welfare of the NIC scientific community. The primary mission of AINOA is to address and resolve various issues faced by NIC employees, particularly those concerning promotions, transfers, recruitment processes, and other employment-related challenges.
